Medical Image Analysis Software (MIAS)

Welcome

Medical Image Analysis (MIA) software is a website dedicated for the development of advanced medical image processing algorithms and sharing of the software. Most software developed here will be under GPL, unless they are from individual members' own homepage.

In the past year, we developed a general purpose serial image computing tool including registration and segmentation for (1) neuroimage computing, and (2) multi-modality imaging follow-up study for other organs such as lung and liver. After more than a decade of development of various algorithms and tools, it is not an era to accomplish a near real-time tool to facilitate such applications. We have dedicated to such a development and our tools can achieve such a goal in just a click and gets the job done within minutes. In the near future, we will be able to achieve the goal in several seconds and embed the tools in various applications.
